Post-Sale Clean-Out

All Clients who choose our general services to conduct an Estate sale will receive post-sale clean-up services. This includes: Organized left-over items prepared for you in the event you would like to handle these yourself; trash from sale removed; broom swept rooms.

Standard Clean-Out

Most clients choose the Standard Clean-Out package for an additional charge. This service includes full home clean-out, handling of left over times, and the home broom clean and empty. We can arrange additional services such as: professional cleaning of the home, including windows, gutters, trash removal, and dumpster removal. All additional services are available for an additional charge.

Left Over Items Removal

As much as we would all love every item to go in the sale, some items may be left behind. It will be up to you how to handle the remaining items. We will work with you to finish clearing out your home in whatever manner you deem fit. Whether that is donating to charity, disposal, or selling the remainder as a estate buy-out.​
